Refund & Returns Policy
All sales are final. STLGoblin does not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase.
Every product sold on STLGoblin is a digital file (an STL or related 3D-printable file) delivered instantly by download. Because these files are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” once downloaded, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Before you buy
- Please review the product description, included formats (FDM / resin / pre-supported), and images carefully before completing your purchase.
- Make sure your slicer and printer are compatible with the file format you are purchasing.
- If you have a question about a product, reach out to us before buying.
Problem with your file?
If your download is corrupted, incomplete, or you received the wrong file, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right by re-sending or replacing the correct file. This does not entitle you to a monetary refund, but we will always ensure you receive the working files you paid for.
Chargebacks
Because all files are delivered instantly, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a successfully delivered digital product is considered a breach of these terms and may result in your account being banned from future purchases.
