Welcome to STLGoblin. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. About our products

STLGoblin sells digital 3D-printable files (STL files and related formats) intended for personal 3D printing. Products are delivered as instant downloads after payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped.

2. License & permitted use

When you purchase a file from STLGoblin, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means:

You MAY download the file and 3D print it for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You MAY NOT resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, give away, or otherwise transfer the digital files to any other person or platform.
You MAY NOT sell, mass-produce, or commercially distribute physical prints made from the files.
You MAY NOT claim authorship of, or upload the files to any other website, marketplace, or file-sharing service.

All intellectual property rights in the files remain with STLGoblin and/or the original sculptors. Your purchase grants a license to use the file, not ownership of the underlying design.

3. Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Delivery

Files are made available for download immediately after your payment is successfully processed, both on the order confirmation page and in your account under “Downloads.” Re-downloads are available from your account.

5. No refunds

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Files are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any file will print successfully on every printer, slicer, or setup, as print results depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STLGoblin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our files or website.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
